3. No Guarantee of Results

Revenue
Booked projects
Customer decisions
Attendance at quotes, surveys, or consultations unless agreed separately in writing

A qualified enquiry, quote request, survey, or consultation does not guarantee a sale or renovation project.

Business outcomes depend on multiple factors outside our control, including pricing, workmanship, availability, sales process, follow-up speed, customer preferences, competition, and market conditions.

4. Client Responsibilities

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms, fees, and billing arrangements are agreed separately with each client.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, RenovaConsults does not offer refunds for services delivered in accordance with agreed criteria.

Where services are provided on a per-enquiry, per-opportunity, or performance basis, the criteria for a payable enquiry or opportunity must be agreed before delivery.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RenovaConsults shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential losses
Loss of revenue or profits
Business interruption
Customer decisions or behaviour
Failure by a client to respond to or follow up with enquiries
Outcomes of quotes, surveys, consultations, or renovation projects

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
